Do you have
sales or offer coupons? LakeCabin Depot
does not participate in the common practice of
inflating prices in order to discount later and create a sale. We realize most online retailers
mark merchandise up to create the illusion of the urgency of a sale. Please do not confuse any discounts we
may offer with this retail practice. We offer "true" sales prices when we are offered special pricing from our
vendors or suppliers. If we are offered a sale price on an item, we will, in turn, pass the savings on to you. We
offer everyday low prices, that meet or beat other's sale prices. As a retailer, we are required to abide by
certain terms of agreement when selling products from our suppliers. This includes a "MAP" policy. MAP meaning
"Minimum Advertised Price". In essence, we are not allowed to sell their products below a certain price point.
This protects all retailers. There is never a ceiling as to the price we can charge, but there is a minimum. When
at all possible, we choose to offer the lowest possible price for our products at all times, hence our

Pricing! We are exploring the possibility of offering coupons to our visitors,
however, at this time we would prefer to forego the concept of coupons and save our customers from the extra
step required to use a coupon. We would rather specify extra savings directly on our website to all, not
just those that
have obtained a "coupon" offer.
Are any of your products exclusive to LakeCabin
Depot? You will not see the phrase "A
LakeCabin Depot Exclusive" in our product description. We will never deceive our visitors into believing they can
not purchase a product elsewhere, and we are the only shop offering a particular item. We invite you to shop
around, as we have done our research and to the best of our knowledge, offer pricing that meets or beats our
competitors. If you find a lower price elsewhere, please contact us, we do offer a Price Match
Guarantee. How can I order products from
LakeCabin Depot? You may order products
24/7 on our secure online site. We have gone through great lengths to ensure your personal and
payment information is safe when shopping with us. Please review our Privacy Policy. You may also order by telephone toll free at 1-888-732-7311 between the hours
of 9:00am and 6:00pm ET, Monday through Friday. We also offer you the option of mailing or faxing your order

email confirming our receipt of your order shortly after it is received by us.
What types of payment options do you
accept? At LakeCabin Depot, we like to
provide our customers with many different payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express, as well as Google Wallet (formerly Google Checkout), and PayPal when ordering
online. We accept credit card and personal checks when mailing your order to us (orders will not be processed
until check is cleared, normally 7-10 business days.) Please make checks out to LakeCabin
Depot. We accept the credit card payments mentioned above when faxing us your order.
How do you protect my personal and payment
information when I purchase online with you? At LakeCabin Depot we respect your privacy and confidentiality and take
the utmost care to safeguard your personal information. LakeCabin Depot will NEVER rent, sell, or trade your personal information to any
outside parties. You can be assured that your email address will be kept in the strictest confidence.
We utilize industry standard SSL encryption technologies when
transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. Our website and shopping cart system is
operated by a 100% secure store platform. This website uses SSL technology to secure your personal account
information. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is an accepted standard for transferring information securely across
the internet. It encrypts data passed between the server and browser, so that unauthorized parties can not
intercept sensitive confidential or personal information such as phone number or address. We employ SSL to

Why isn't my credit card going through your online check
out? We use strict credit card
verification to protect our customers. Please check to make sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on
your card, as well as the billing address for your card, expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back of your
card. These are safety measures to protect you from fraudulent charges. The credit card processor we use
electronically checks the information you enter against the information your credit card company has for you. If
your name, address, expiration date, or 3 digit code do not match, your card will not be accepted. We comply to the
strictest credit card industry standards to provide you with peace of mind when you shop with us. If you are having

Do you store my credit card
information? No. All of our secure online payment methods are processed through Authorize.net,
PayPal, or Google Wallet (formerly Goggle Checkout). We actually never see your credit card information, except for
the last 4 digits and type of credit card used such as MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, or Discover. When you place your
order by phone, fax, or mail we use your credit card information to process your order only. After your
order is processed your credit card information is shredded immediately. Our secure transaction system deletes
credit card information after two weeks, credit cards are automatically charged when orders are
placed.
What if I have a question regarding my order? You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided
stating the details of your order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, either by

How soon will my item(s)
ship? When items are in
stock, they are normally shipped in 1 - 5 business days after you place your order. We understand
you are anxious to receive your order as soon as possible. If for some reason an item that is normally available
for immediate shipment is not, we will send you a prompt email to let you know. Many of our products are custom
crafted in the USA by dedicated, talented craftsmen and women. Shipment time may vary with these items
depending on the item complexity, and product demand. Item pages will give you an idea as to when you can
expect your purchase to ship. Of course, if you have any questions regarding shipment, or need to have your
purchase received by a particular date, please call us. We will do everything possible to accommodate your
request.
I am ordering several items, will I receive these items
in one shipment? Items you order may
arrive on different dates, depending on the products you ordered. There are items
that may be shipping from different warehouses or
manufacturers, in which case you will receive these items separately.
How will I know when my item(s)
ships? We will send you a Shipment Notification to the email
address you provided, along with a tracking number when your item is on
its way to you.
What are your shipping
policies? LakeCabin Depot offers FREE ground shipping within
the continental U.S.A. If you desire express shipping, please call us toll free at
1-888-732-7311 or by emailing service@lakecabindepot.com. We ask that you contact
us for express shipping due to varied shipping locations, factory policies and so that we can guarantee the
delivery dates and to also offer any additional attention required for delivery. More details are provided on

Do you ship to Canada, Hawaii, or
Alaska? Currently, LakeCabin Depot does
not offer shipping to these destinations.
Can I have my Shipment sent to a P.O.
Box?
No. We use UPS (United States Postal Service), and FedEx Ground for the majority of
our items, as well as common carrier for heavy and/or oversized items such as some furniture and large lighting
fixtures. These carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please provide a valid street address for your
delivery.
I'm a little hesitant to order furniture online. What is
your process when ordering furniture and how will I receive my shipment? At
LakeCabin Depot we certainly understand that it is a bit intimidating to order furniture online. With this
understanding, we do our very best to give you the peace of mind in knowing we pay special attention to your
large purchase and keep you informed every step of the way. Smaller furniture items are shipped either UPS or
FedEx. Larger items are shipped by common carrier freight, meaning an independent shipping company will
deliver your product by truck. The independent carrier is a trusted, reliable company the furniture
manufacturer has developed a strong relationship with. After all, they want their products delivered in a safe and
timely manner as well.

Why do you need my telephone number and email address? We require your telephone number and email address to communicate with you
regarding your order ONLY. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification to the email address
you provide. We will only use your telephone number to communicate with you regarding your order, if need be.
LakeCabin Depot will NEVER rent, sell, or
trade your email or telephone number to any outside parties. You can be assured that your email address, telephone number and personal
information will be kept in the strictest confidence. Please

What is your return policy? At LakeCabin Depot we make it
hassle-free to return merchandise. Your complete satisfaction and confidence with your shopping experience with
LakeCabin Depot is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise you
purchased from our site, you may return the merchandise within 14 days from the day received and we will offer you
an exchange, refund your money, or issue you a credit back to your credit card excluding the shipping
fee. We will replace any item that was delivered to you damaged at NO cost to you, as long as we
are notified within 5 days merchandise was received. We can not accept returns or issue refunds
for customized or special order merchandise, unless the merchandise arrived damaged. If the customized or special
order merchandise is damaged during shipping, we will replace the merchandise at no cost to you. Please read our
entire Return Policy.
What if I want to cancel my order? If you would
like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped it can
not be cancelled. It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) for a refund. Please view our Return Policy. Custom crafted items can not be cancelled once production
has begun. Please call us as soon as you decide you would like to cancel and we will inquire whether or not
production has begun on your item. If production has not begun, we will cancel your order at no charge and
issue you a full refund.
Do you have a printed catalog to send me? LakeCabin Depot does not issue printed
catalogs. We have decided being environmentally friendly is a better idea.
Do you charge sales tax? If you live in the state of
Georgia we are required to charge you a 6% sales tax. Our apology to our fellow Georgians! There is no sales tax
for those living outside of Georgia.
Do you have an actual storefront? No,
LakeCabin Depot is an internet retailer only.
Who do I contact to have my
products featured on your website? We are always happy to offer new products to our customers.
However, we are quite particular with who we do business with. We have certain criteria that must be met
before we engage in a business relationship. Our first priorities require your products be of top
quality, and you must offer quality customer service. If you offer products that you feel would be a good
